• Served in the Indian Army for over 30 years in areas across India in operational areas and as an Instructor in the Indian Military Academy and other training establishments including training Sri Lankan officers in India and Bhutan Army personnel in Bhutan. 

*Fortis Hospitals (2011 - 2020)*

• Served with Fortis Hospitals for 8 1/2 years in senior leadership role to include an assignment in Uganda as COO of International Hospital Kampala. Demonstrated accomplishments in running and turning around hospitals and healthcare centres by involving business heads, doctors and senior administrators.

• Completed MBA in Hospital Administration while working with Fortis Healthcare to enhance professional development

• Worked as Global COO with Orthoshed in Prosthetic and Orthotics for a year.

*Millennium Oncology India (2021-2023)*

• Set up and launched Medidect India Lab as part of Millennium Oncology India as CEO and launched their Cancer Screening blood test PanTum Detect in India.
